No server of your own
No domain controller, no file server, no maintenance windows at the weekend. The entire infrastructure runs managed in German data centres — all you need is a browser.
No backup worries
Backup and restore are built in and included — daily, encrypted and stored separately. You recover deleted items yourself from the recycle bin and the file versions.
No office licences
You edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations straight in the browser — fully compatible with Word, Excel and PowerPoint (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx). Microsoft 365 is not needed for it, and working together on the same document is included.
Your files still remain reachable where you are used to them: Nextcloud, OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive and Dropbox can all be connected.
And anyone who already has a company account signs in with it: single sign-on via Microsoft 365 (Entra ID) or your own directory over LDAP — Active Directory, Samba AD, Univention UCS and OpenLDAP. At no extra cost.
